নিশ্চয়ই এই বইয়ের নাম শুনেই আমরা বুঝে গেছি যে কি নিয়ে এই বইটি লেখা,তাই না?

প্রথমে আমি লেখকের কথা বলতে চাই। গৌড় গোপাল দাস, যিনি জন্মগ্রহণ করেন ভারতের মহারাষ্ট্রে। তিনি ইলেকট্রিক্যাল ইঞ্জিনিয়ারিং এ পড়াশোনা করেন। হিউলেট প্যাকার্ডের সাথে সংক্ষিপ্ত বক্তব্য রাখার পরে, তিনি তার জীবনকে লাইফকোচ হিসাবে উন্নীত করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছেন। ফলস্বরূপ 1996 সালে তিনি ইসকনে যোগ দিয়েছিলেন। আধ্যাত্মিকতা এবং অনুপ্রেরণার ক্ষেত্রে অসামান্য অবদানের জন্য তাকে 2016 রোটারি ইন্টারন্যাশনালের সুপার অ্যাচিভার অ্যাওয়ার্ড প্রদান করা হয়েছিল।এছাড়াও তিনি অনেক পুরুষ্কার অর্জন করেছেন।

সহজে বলতে গেলে তিনি একজন সন্ন্যাসী এবং লাইফ কোচ,যিনি আধ্যাত্নিক বিষয়ে ইউটিউবে প্রচুর ভিডিও পাবলিশ করেন যা কিনি প্রতিনিয়ত মিলিয়ন মিলিয়ন ভিউ হচ্ছে।

তার লেখা এই বইটি ২০১৮ সালের সেপ্টেম্বর মাসে প্রকাশিত হয়। যেখানে তিনি তার ভিডিও কিংবা স্পীসের মতোই চারটি নীতি নিয়ে আলোচনা করেছেন যা সুখী জীবনের ভিত্তি তৈরি করে। এগুলো হলো: ব্যক্তিগত জীবন, সম্পর্ক, কর্মজীবন এবং সামাজিক অবদান। এই চারটি বিষয়কে কিভাবে আমরা আমাদের জীবনে ব্যালেন্স করে মূল্যবোধ এবং সুখ খুঁজে পেতে পারি মূলত তা নিয়ে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করা হয়েছে।

আমাদের লাইফ হলো একটা জার্ণি, সেই যাত্রা কিংবা ভ্রমণের পথ যতই খারাপ হউক না কেনো অবশ্যই সেই পথ আমাদের পাড়ি দিতে হবে এবং তা খুব বিচক্ষণতার সহিত। রিলেশনশীপ নিয়ে লেখক একটি কথা বলেছেন যে, Anyone can find the dirt in someone. Be the one that finds the gold. অর্থাৎ, কোন মানুষ একজন মানুষের মধ্যে ময়লা খুঁজে পেতে পারে, আপনি সেই মানুষটি হউন যে কিনা সেখানে স্বর্ণ কিংবা মূল্যবান কিছু খুঁজে বের করবেন। তিনি আরো বলেছেন, কোন মানুষের

Don't fall in love too fast because the truth is when you fall in love too fast it does not love.

 Let me explain, nothing good in our lives ever comes from falling they say love is blind because the only time we fall is when we're blinded .when you fall in love too fast, you think you know their dreams but you just know their plans. You think you know their heart, but you just know their mind.

You think you know their past, but you just know parts.

Let the right person show you that they're the right person.

Don't simply give away your trust, let any person earn it. 

I know what it's like, it feels amazing to fall for someone quickly that adrenaline rush. But why would you want to fall for someone you don't know is going to be there to catch you? We don't just find a huge tree with beautiful fruits and flowers overnight. It takes time. No matter how much you water it, it takes time. No matter how much sunlight, you give it .it takes time. No tree overnight has the most beautiful flowers and fruits and so, neither can a relationship. It takes time .because remember, you can't eat the food the same day you plant the seed .and on the flip side, don't make someone fall in love with you if you to love them. Because guess what they won't end up questioning you- they'll end up questioning love. And I'm trying to say this for your own benefit. I want you to have incredible, meaningful, purposeful relationships. But I want them to be real, I favor them to be genuine. Because being in love isn't a mood, it is a dedication even after your temper changes and you do not figure that one month.

1. Proper HandShaking with the people in a program.

2. Proper EYE Contact with the people with whom you talk in Business purpose or anything else.

3. Should not chewing the chewing gum, never eat in your business, office or class program.

4. Talk properly not in upper Loud volume or Down volume that will help your opponent side to listen to your voice. Also, try to speak fluently.

5. Don't criticize your opposite side person, give them respect.

6. Wear a formal dress. It must be according to your work-related that where you work.

7. Be neat and clean. It needs no money to be neat and clean. It helps you to look good.

8. Talk properly in Your language especially in Bengali. You can follow the News channel.

9. Brush your teeth properly.

10. Be respectful to the people of all class. Give respect to all of the people.

If you're about to BREAK UP

Trust is an expensive gift which we never expect from cheap people. Love dies because of fear. It's normal to be scared of losing your partner. But in the process of being scared of losing your partner, you end up doing irrational things trying to keep them close.  We get so fixated so focused on this person who creates all those feelings all of those emotions of pain at the moment our love died but we miss the lessons. The lesson that is a fear, The lesson that is there are a misscommunication.
